Opportunites to Serve Your Church
We want to encourage you to serve your church. One way to serve is through our church committees. If any committee or group is of interest to you, click on that name for more information. Oversees the care of the church property and facilities.
Works with the Minister wtih Children to guide and direct the Children's Ministry.
Chairs of each First Church committees and at large members make big picture decisions on behalf of the church.
Committee on Records and History Prepares, maintains and archives the church records and history.
Plans, publicizes and hosts many fellowship activities at First Church to build friendships and strengthen our church family.
Oversees all financial matters including the fundraising efforts for First Church.
Helps to identify laypersons and recruits them to serve as church leaders .
Plans and carries out the activities, programs and trips for Senior Adults.
Provides a wide range of opportunities for people seeking to help with God's work in the community and the world.
Supports the Minister with Students in a variety of ways, from long term vision setting to help with individual events.
Staff-Parrish Relations Committee Works with the Senior Pastor to oversee the church staff as well as the assessment and development of the staff.
Works with the Director of the Weekday Program to oversee the policies and projects of this ministry.
