First Church Plano Announcements

Opportunities are available for you to support the students for First Church on their summer mission trips. The Jr. High youth are traveling to Nashville, TN to build wheelchair ramps, participate with a homeless ministry and spend time with patients in a children’s hospital. Sponsorships from $10 and up are available for meals, snacks, transportation, and more. Contact Grant Wilson, Minister with Students for more information.

United Methodist Men Meeting

Saturday, May 17, 8:00am. This breakfast meeting is open to everyone to come and hear an update from the recent participants in the Honduras Mission Trip this month. Please RSVP so breakfast can be planned.

Childrens Choir Concert and Dessert Reception

Sunday, May 18, 6:00pm. Survivor Babylon will be presented by the Children's Choirs of First United Methodist Church Plano with a dessert reception to follow.

Learn to set healthy limits and gain control over your life using this award winning curriculum by Christian authors Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend. This 8-week course begins Sunday, June 1, from 2:00-4:00 pm in room B228. To register, e-mail Diane or contact Associate Pastor Alice Coder. $35 for materials.
