Who knew the morning would be so full of competing needs, Lord! Calls, decisions, breakage and chores-whew! Is this a picture of my interior life, too? So full of this and that, divided attention, good intentions and unmet needs? Breakage needing fixing that only you can do? Surround my fractured spirit with your healing grace. Encompass me in your delightful love. Pick me up and set me on your path anew. Let this be a day to rejoice in your love and live by your grace. I'm counting on you, Lord, and pray in your name! Amen.
