thirteen First Church men portray Jesus and his Disciples. Holy
Communion will be served.
Good Friday
April 2, 7:00 pm in the
Sanctuary. An evening of darkness and introspection is how to describe
our Good Friday worship-How Great Thou Art. The entire experience of
those final days and hours are brought to life as the feelings of Jesus,
Judas, Pilate, and Mary are shared along with soul-stirring music based
on the well-loved hymn that is the title of the work. We will leave in
darkness as we symbolically wait for the Easter Resurrection.
