- Preserve the history of the local church
Manage church records and historical materials no longer in use such as documents, minutes, journals, diaries, reports, letters, pamphlets, papers, manuscripts, photographs, books, audiovisuals, sound recordings, magnetic or other tapes, or any other documentary material and historical objects.
- Keep records on whereabouts of the records and objects
- Organize the articles in the archives room
- Determine process and precedures for use of archival articles
