• To be aware of new and growing ministries
• To make specific decisions on behalf of the church
• To provide a conduit for members of the congregation to ask questions of lay and/or ministerial leaders

• Approved the strategic plan of the church
• Approved the plan for the columbarium
• Approved the use of the caterer

What is the makeup of the committee?

• Chairs of each of the committees/teams of the church
• At Large Members

How often does the committee meet?

• The third Thusday every other month starting in February

What is the commitment of someone who servies on the committee?

• Attend meetings
• Read reports and handouts pertaining to discussion topics

What is the term length?

• Three (3) years
