Through Bible study the church seeks to help children become increasingly aware of God's seeking love as known especially in Jesus Christ that they may respond in faith and in love.  Children's classes are determined on the basis of their age on or before the preceding September 1st.  (All of the 2007-2008 class assignments are based on the child's age or grade as of September 1, 2007).  Promotion Sunday is held each August.  Sunday school for children is offered in the following rooms at the following times.

8:30 Sunday School - Pre-school and Kindergarten

9:45 Sunday School - Pre-school and Kindergarten

9:45 Sunday School - Grades 1 - 5

 In a rotational learning setting, the same Bible story or theme is taught for several weeks.  Each week, children rotate to a different station.  The story remains the same, but children encounter it in different ways at each station.  FaithQuest will allow them to experience the Bible story in multiple, authentic learning environments, which helps with retention for better integration of the faith story in their hearts and minds.
