Missions are a vital part of FirstChurch ministries. Helping people in need and working for the transformation of the world are important aspects of Christian discipleship. Join FirstChurch in serving those in the community and around the world who need a hand extended to them with love and respect. There is no greater reward than the blessing that comes by offering your skills and gifts with a humble heart and seeing the difference it makes in someone's life.

Amigos Days

A project of the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church, this ministry enhances the relationship between suburban churches and less fortunate inner city churches. Each year FirstChurch helps repair a church facility or a home near an inner city church where the owner is incapacitated or unable to pay for repairs. For more information contact .

Family Promise

FirstChurch is a Family Promise host church in the Interfaith Hospitably Network of Collin County. FirstChurch host families 3-4 times each year. Give your time, love and care by signing up online to be an overnight host, prepare meals or set up and tear down. Food and supplies also needed. View list online and sign up to donate.
