Our Missions are a vital part of FirstChurch ministries. Helping people in need and working for the transformation of the world are important aspects of Christian discipleship. Join us in serving Jesus and those in our community and around the world who need a hand extended to them with love and respect. There is no greater reward than the blessing that comes by offering your skills and gifts with a humble heart and seeing the difference it makes in someone's life.

Missions Committee meets the third Monday of each month at 7:00pm in Room 219. All interested persons are welcome to attend and participate. For more information, contact Alice Coder, Senior Associate Pastor for Caring Ministry. 

	FirstChurch is a Family Promise host church in the Interfaith Hospitably Network of Collin County. FirstChurch host families 3-4 times each year. For more information, contact Laura Jeffers.
	A project of the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church, this ministry enhances the relationship between suburban churches and less fortunate inner city churches. Each year we repair a church facility or a home near the church where the owner is incapacitated or unable to pay for the repairs. For more information contact Rick Billings.
	FirstChurch supports the South Collin County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Most recently, FirstChurch participated in the 2011 Habitat for Humanity Women Build. For more information, contact Pat Thompson, Michelle Schroeder or Staci Witten.
