If you’ve ever had to lead a church class of children, youth, or adults, you’ve probably asked questions like these: “What do I do when a child asks a question about the Bible I can’t answer?” “How can I lead a group of adults in a Bible study when I’m not a theologian, and many of them seem to know the Bible and theology better than I do?” “What if a teenager challenges something about the Bible?” This study will help leaders understand the Methodist “take” on what the Bible is and isn’t, it’ll explore the distinct contribution of Methodism on what the Bible is and how to use it, and it’ll acquaint leaders with various on-line and in-church resources to help them prepare for leading a Bible class.  3 weeks, Sunday evenings beginning Feb. 12, 5:45-7:15 p.m., led by Mark Lucke.
